SHIPPING

Shipping charges are as they appear during the check-out process.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

Some of our items, like TVs, fine jewelry purchases and gift cards, will require a signature upon delivery. Typically, these items are valued at $100 or higher, and we require a signature for your security. Should you have any questions about this policy, feel free to contact Customer Care.

ARE YOUR SHIPMENTS INSURED?

Yes. For your protection, the carriers we've partnered with insure any shipments up to $100. If the total exceeds that amount, we insure your shipment.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Just do a Secure Log In, click on Contact Us, fill in the form (including your order number and product name) and we will guide you through the process.

The following specific conditions and exceptions apply:

RECEIVING A REFUND

For items directed to our Returns Center, expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund much sooner).

This time period includes:

5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper

5 to 10 business days for us to process your return

The time it takes your bank or the credit card company to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Some items (such as electronics) may have special returns policies.

PARTIAL REFUNDS:

Any opened computer returned within 30 days of delivery: 80% of item's price.

Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item's price.

Any book that has obvious signs of use: 25% of item's price.

Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): 25% of item's price.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 25% of item's price. This does not apply if a claim was filed with the carrier within 24 hours of delivery for in-transit damage.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We will not accept returns of the following items:

Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases

Computer laptops or desktops more than 30 days after delivery

Any product missing the serial number or UPC

Downloadable software or entertainment products

Gift cards

EXCHANGES

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, visit our Returns Center to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item through our online Returns Center (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Please note that it takes us 5 to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting Your Account and accessing the relevant order summary.

LARGE ITEMS SHIPPED BY SPECIALTY CARRIERS

We are happy to accept returns for large items that are shipped via our specialty shippers. These items do require a special type of return. If you need to return an item shipped via a specialty shipper, please visit our online Returns Center and request the return. We will follow up with instructions for returning the item. Note: Any return that is not the result of our error will be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF:

  • my order was damaged upon receipt?
  • the order I received is incorrect (received someone else's order, extra items or missing items)?
  • I received extra items that are not mine?
  • I am missing items from my order?
  • I received someone else's order completely?
